Shipping We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom from mainland China. Delivery Each order is packed with care, so please allow 3-8 business days processing time for your order to be packed. Delivery times will depend on your location but typically will take between 2 to 6 weeks (not including processing time). Tracking number(s) and an approximate delivery date will be provided by email shortly after an order is dispatched. The tracking information relating to the tracking number(s) provided will act as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by delivery service provider issues or customs processes. In the event of delivery delays the customer will be asked to wait for up to 50 calendar days from the estimated arrival date provided before the order is declared 'lost in transit' and a resolution provided. If an order is not received due to removal from a property by an unsolicited third party (e.g theft) after delivery by a postal provider; the customer will be asked to follow their local law enforcement authorities procedures and to provide proof before any resolution is proposed. Customs Buyers are responsible for paying any customs, duty or import taxes that may apply. Returns info@goldtealandgreen.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. All returns must be posted within 30 days of the postal delivery date. Buyers will be responsible for return postage costs to our UK warehouse. Refunds will be made to the original account that was used to make the purchase and via the original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. All returned goods will be checked for damage and refunds will only be granted if items are returned in their original unused/undamaged condition.
